A letter to my 16 year old self. What advice I would give

Dear Camille,

This is from yourself in the future. I am 29 years old and writing to give you a few tips, warnings and lists to remember. The main idea of this letter is preparing for the future. In high school join as many clubs and associations as possible-this can help you in the long run. Think of different careers that you will like to learn about and research them. In the future the standard of living will rise and If you are not in a stable, good-paying occupation then you might find yourself paycheck-paycheck. You will need to start saving as much money as you can. I urge you to save diligently!

Here are a few tips:
~ Go away to college, leave the city that you are accustomed to and experience a new way of life
~ Travel as much as possible- do a study abroad program in college
~ Choose a major carefully and try not to change multiple times
~ Keep friends close as to not drift apart
~ Choose a career you will love, as long as you are doing what you love you will never work a day in your life
~ Draw close and stay with God

Improving my Writing Skills

Hello,

My name is Camille and I desire to improve my writing skills.

When I started this blog, I toyed with a few ideas of what this blog could be about: personal adventures, converting to a new religion, more recipes, dreams, jobs I have held. The list goes on and on. This blog is  a way for me to really did deeper and try to translate what I am thinking onto this page.

I will probably leave it as a daily journal......we shall see what happens.
